Obviously we will be over subscribed but that is my problem, not yours

Given we are a tank down I think Null will end up tanking. In order that those that don't get a slot can raid this evening I'll put a provisional list up Wednesday lunch.

Sorry can no longer make it, but hope to be on for sundays hard mode encounter

So - in order to try and allow those not selected for Thursday a chance to raid tonight (we'll have to look at the alternative nights raid a bit more because this way round doesn't work as well) I've got the following folk down for Thursday:

Tanks: Metis, Nullzilla
Healers: Orgasmia, Lorindell, Bully
DPS: Firegiant, Fooxette, LoveFooxette, Anuerisym, Skylight (on his main)

It doesn't make any sense to have standby's because anyone made a standby wouldn't be allowed to raid tonight so I really need these people to be online at 8 as normal. To explain why I've chosen that list I've taken the following things into account:

Number of times they have been unable to raid because the raid is full
People who have alts that are needed in the second raid have more priority if they can't raid on their main in the second raid

I know I can't please everyone all at the same time but we will be cycling folk around as best we can. If people don't show for any reason then that will count against them for the following weeks raid.

That leaves the following folk free to raid tonight at 8pm UK if they can make it:
Lunarsea, Hungryjoe, Thundalips, Eviljazard

Given Sky had to get his main saved last night for the second run - the slot tonight can go to Lunar as one of the last main dps chars not to be saved. I'm really trying to ensure that everyone's main gets a guild run in ToC if they are about the right gear level. If anyone feels that they aren't getting a shot then pm me here (better here than /w in game because it slows down peoples raids if I'm not on the ball). I think this week pretty much everyone has had a chance to get into ToC. Next week we'll probably look to splitting the 2 teams slightly more equally so that overall the guild gets more loot. You may find that it means we don't clear all three raids on a Thursday because we have slightly less dps/heal/tanks but it will mean we are overall getting better as a guild and will prepare us better for future raiding
